The competition includes:

Sign in from 7.30am, Firearm check in and inspection 7.45am to 8.15am, Safety briefing at 8.25am
This includes: admission, nomination fees, morning tea and lunch, clay targets, range hire and all insurances.
Please note: Shot gun hire is available for $25/per person (it is strongly encouraged to provide your own)
Adult supervision is required for all participants, there is no charge for supervisors but all in attendance must sign in with and show photo ID
All participants must arrive with (or email before the event) the supplied indemnity waiver and Form 33 signed by their parent or legal guardian. We will not allow any individual to participate in this event without these documents.
It is the responsibilty of the team manager to organise the transportation of firearms and ammunition to and from the event. This must be undertaken by an individual with a current weapons licence.
Upon arrival, all firearms and ammunition must be handed to event staff at the firearms station and ammunition station. Firearms will be labelled, stored and monitored by event staff while not in use.
All ammunition must be clearly labelled with the team and individual shooters name before being stored at the ammunition station. E.g. "CBSC 1 - Johnny Smith"
The storage of firearms and ammunition in private vehicles is not permitted during the event.
There is a likelihood that media organisations will be present during this event. By participating in the event you agree to you and your team members image being used in any form of media. Please discuss this with event staff on the day if you have any concerns relating to this matter.

Please note: nominations must be completed by a team manager. The team manager is responsible for ensuring that their team members are supervised by a responsible adult on the day and that all competitors, supervisors and related spectators follow all event and CBSC rules, policies and procedures. Failure to follow event and CBSC rules or safety instructions may result in the removal of you and your team from the event grounds
