PISTOL COMPETITIONS

 

There are three categories of competition:

1. Rimfire - 30 shots

2. Centrefire - 30 shots

3. Centrefire - Optics/scope – 30 shots

 

Rimfire shooting commences at 0830hrs, Centrefire shooting commences at 0900hrs.

Competitors are reminded there are no warm-up shots.

The competition commences as soon as you take your position on the firing line.

Name, Date, Calibre and Optic (if applicable) to be clearly written on your target for scoring.

 

SAFETY REMINDER

The RO has the final say on any issue.

It is the RO’s choice if the Range is closed earlier. This decision is final.

Shooters to be conversant with the Club’s procedures.

 

The barrel of any firearm is not to extend past the red line painted on the concrete at the front of the bench.

 

PPE:

Hearing protection is advised.

Eye protection is advised.

Enclosed footwear must be worn.
